Located in beautiful Vancouver, Washington, Superior Sports Nutrition and Weight Loss is proud to offer our clients a variety of services, including private sessions, instructional classes and corporate wellness programs.

I can come and speak at your next event whether you’re coordinating a focus or networking group,  wellness or fitness event, a corporate lunch, a meeting, or conference, everyone wants to be healthy! I will create and present a customized nutrition presentation for your audience.

Classes can be conducted at your workplace, in private settings in your own kitchen or in a group setting with friends, family or co-workers. There is a 5-person minimum for private classes.


SmoothiesCooking Classes - Whether you have an intolerance to dairy, want to lose weight or see better workout results at the gym these classes are perfect for all age groups 10 and up. These classes are conducted in small group settings, 5-7 people and offer hands-on instruction and recipes and samples.

Healthy SaladsNutrition - Get the tools and information you need to successfully reach your nutrition goal, whether it's losing weight, shaving a quarter-second off of your personal best, or managing obesity or other chronic conditions.
